October 25, 2018, Mistral Group Opens New Facility in White Marsh Maryland

On October 25, 2018 Mistral Group hosted Governor Larry Hogan, Senator Ben Cardin, Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger and many State Government Officials, along with employees and friends at its Ribbon Cutting Ceremony opening Mistral’s newest facility in White Marsh Maryland.

“We’re excited to open our new manufacturing facility and increase our production foot print in Maryland,” said Eyal Banai, Mistral CEO. “Mistral Group is a team of independent companies, each operating in different markets worldwide, while collectively sharing the mission of “bridging” operational gaps in the Defense and Law Enforcement Markets with practical, innovative and high technology readiness solutions. We’re proud that we’ll be manufacturing those products at the new Maryland facility and adding 50 jobs to the local economy.”  Mr. Banai thanked Governor Hogan, Congressman Ruppersberger and Senators Cardin and VanHollen for the “friendly business environment” within the State of Maryland.  Positions Mistral will be adding at the new White Marsh facility include engineers, technical personnel, welders, program managers, finance and many more.

Mistral will use the  the new facility in  White Marsh for the production of its  Blast Containment Receptacles (BCR), Total Containment Vessels (TCV), Explosives Storage Vessels, Detection and Identification Kits (for drugs and explosives).   Also, the White Marsh facility will house Mistral’s C4ISR Electronics Assembly and Repair Lab and the Repair and Overhall department where Mistral refurbish the 120 mm mortars for all of the US Army Stryker Brigades.
